We've been living in our house for 5 years now & never once has my iris plant in my backyard bloomed. In fact, last spring I intended to move it to a sunnier location but just never got around to it. However, on Easter Sunday when I was in the backyard with the kids, I noticed that it bloomed! It produced lovely deep purple irises and they're just so pretty! Noah called me outside a few days later to show me that more had bloomed so I could take another picture. It's just so exciting!
